The WebMD Health Exchange Talk about healthy snacking on the Food and Cooking Exchange KIND bars are my latest discovery. I've been keeping a bar in my purse for those times when I need something to tide me over. They're made in Australia and I'm not going to lie... they are shockingly expensive (about $2 per bar), even when you buy them by the case online ($1.50 per bar). Nuts are the first ingredient (which explains some of the higher cost), generally followed by dried fruit. Beyond the first two ingredients, usually other sweeteners are added (like honey or glucose) along with flavor-boosting or "filler" ingredients like coconut, puffed rice, chicory fiber, etc. There are a lot of flavor options to choose from online - Cranberry & Almond, Mango Macadamia, Almond & Apricot, Strawberry Delight, and others - but I was only able to find two or three flavors in my local markets

Who likes mayonnaise out there? Do you like it enough to use it to make chocolate cake or macaroni and cheese? After writing a feature article on mayonnaise for WebMD.com , I came across some signature recipes from Duke's mayonnaise (a favorite Southern brand). If you like macaroni and cheese but don't want to go through the effort of whipping up a white sauce, you will like Duke's recipe for Mac & Cheese

Rarely does frozen pizza taste as good as freshly made pizza from a restaurant or home . But as frozen pizzas go, this one isn't too bad at all. It doesn't look as good as the picture on the package, but this convenient pizza was enjoyable to eat and the serving size was very satisfying paired with some fruit or vegetables.
